Executive Architect (Projects)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Architect to lead project delivery across a variety of sectors and typologies. The role offers the chance to manage complex architectural projects from concept through handover while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate site inspections and obtain authority clearances.
• Manage projects from initiation to handover, including tender preparation and detailed design.
• Participate in team and project meetings to resolve issues and ensure schedule adherence for technical matters.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic individual with strong team spirit.
• Recognised university degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years post‑graduate experience in schematic design, design development, tender documentation and project administration, especially in Commercial Retail, Office and Attractions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant project work.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Good knowledge of local building codes, authority requirements and compliance.
