Executive Architect – Singapore

About the role

DCA ARCHITECTS is seeking an Executive Architect Associate to join its multidisciplinary team in Singapore. You will support the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring design excellence and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare design proposals, drawings, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants throughout project phases.
• Assist in client meetings and ensure design intent aligns with client goals.
• Develop detailed architectural documentation and review technical specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to sustainable, human‑centric solutions.
• Monitor project progress, support site inspections, and resolve design or technical issues promptly.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture or a closely related field; registration eligibility is a plus.
• Strong design and technical capabilities, including space planning and building systems knowledge.
• Familiarity with Singapore building codes, planning guidelines, and regulatory submission processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to sustainable, human‑centric design and a willingness to learn new methods and technologies.
• Previous experience in a design consultancy or architectural practice in Singapore is an asset.
