About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support a team of Regional Directors across the Growth & Emerging Markets (GEM) and SEA Cluster. The role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and ensuring smooth execution of meetings and events in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars for multiple Regional Directors across different time zones.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries while tracking expenses and ensuring policy compliance.
- Organise virtual and in‑person meetings, conferences, and leadership events, handling logistics, catering, AV equipment, and agenda development.
- Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the Directors.
- Maintain confidential files, handle sensitive information with discretion, and act as liaison with internal stakeholders.
- Support special projects, vendor sourcing, and relationship management for regional initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase administrative efficiency.
Required profile
- 6‑8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable administrative role, preferably in an international or fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
