About the role
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This full‑time position combines front‑desk duties, calendar management, travel coordination, and bookkeeping assistance in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries.
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calendar invites and Zoom calls across time zones.
- Arrange appointments and travel logistics.
- Support accounting and bookkeeping by maintaining both online and offline filing systems.
- Prepare regular reports and develop a structured filing system.
- Manage office budget, petty cash and office expenses.
- Identify process improvements and implement new office management systems.
- Provide general administrative support, including research and report creation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in communications or administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time‑management, multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
- High attention to detail and solid problem‑solving skills.
- Organisational and planning skills suited to a fast‑paced environment.
