About the role
Armstrong is looking for a highly resourceful and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. The role is pivotal in maximizing the CEO’s effectiveness by managing priorities, engagements, and communications with precision and professionalism across a fast‑paced industrial environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support & Calendar Management – prioritize and align the CEO’s calendar with strategic objectives, handling high‑level communications and routine scheduling.
- Cross‑Functional Initiative Management – coordinate CEO‑led projects across overseas business units and functions, ensuring timelines are met.
- Decision Tracking & Reporting – monitor key decisions and projects, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to the CEO.
- Meeting Preparation & Follow‑Up – develop briefings, presentations, and documentation for internal and external meetings, and ensure timely execution of action items.
- Travel & Event Coordination – accompany the CEO on regional and international trips, managing logistics and providing strategic support during meetings and events.
- Stakeholder Engagement – act as liaison between the CEO and senior leaders, customers, and government officials.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in executive support, chief of staff, operations, or senior‑level relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven track record managing high‑level stakeholder engagements across diverse cultural contexts.
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
- Expertise in coordinating executive travel, logistics, and dynamic priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a regionally diverse, fast‑paced environment.
