Executive Business Development

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Business Development professional to drive market expansion and nurture guest relationships. The role combines strategic prospecting with hands‑on hospitality support, ensuring both acquisition targets and service excellence are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential market segments and players to meet acquisition and retention goals.
• Maintain and strengthen guest relationships through telemarketing and the organization of in‑house activities.
• Stay updated on all in‑house programs, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to guests.
• Host guests, understand and attend to their needs, and gather feedback to ensure hospitality excellence.
• Manage credit lines and collections.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls, and service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years as required by the relevant regulatory authority.
• Degree or diploma in Business or a related field.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
