Executive Cabin Crew Learning and Development

About the role

Singapore Airlines is looking for a person to lead the learning and development of its cabin crew. The successful candidate will make sure that the training developed for cabin crew is holistic and of high standards, aligning the crew with the airline's mission, corporate objectives and core values while helping them become professionals who deliver quality customer service throughout their career.

Key responsibilities

• Manage training grants, audit requirements and risk assessment activities in line with organisational and regulatory guidelines.
• Administer and improve digital platforms and systems so they stay effective, user-friendly and aligned with operational needs.
• Develop engaging e-learning, micro-learning and multimedia content to support staff development.
• Run interviews, evaluations and data analysis to assess programme effectiveness, identify trends and support decisions.
• Support departmental planning and operations by coordinating activities, handling administration and balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders through committees and taskforces on organisational projects.
• Drive process improvement and digitalisation by introducing automation and streamlining workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Project management experience, including planning and tools such as JIRA.
• Product management experience, including requirements gathering, user needs analysis and quality assurance testing.
• Prior experience in administrative, training coordination or operations support; proven ability to manage enrolment, scheduling and training logistics is preferred.
• Experience working with multiple systems while keeping data accurate and consistent.
• Experience in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment and good stakeholder engagement.

Required skills

• E-learning development with Articulate 360; familiarity with AI technologies is an added advantage.
• Data analysis and data visualisation.
• Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital tools (system testing, content development) is an advantage.
• Adult learning certifications (e.g. ACTA, ACLP, DACE) are an advantage.
