About the role

Join Marina Bay Sands as an Executive in Digital Marketing, focusing on content and eCommerce. You will be responsible for managing and publishing digital content across enterprise platforms, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and compliance with governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, structure, and publish stakeholder‑supplied content within an enterprise CMS (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).
• Support platform revamps and large‑scale content migration projects, handling requirement gathering and user testing.
• Maintain a high‑volume, multi‑business‑unit content estate, adhering to content governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage content requests, clarify requirements, and align delivery expectations.
• Communicate proactively with teams, provide updates, and ensure alignment with standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and improve workflow efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain documentation on SOPs, content governance guidelines, and platform standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree with relevant qualifications (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in web content management and web mastering.
• Hands‑on experience with an enterprise content management system such as Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage content accuracy across multiple business units.
• Excellent collaboration skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
