About the role

Guide Dogs Singapore is seeking an exceptional leader to steer the organisation into its next phase of growth, impact and sustainability. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will shape strategy, oversee operations, and serve as the public ambassador for the charity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to drive organisational growth and sustainability.
• Lead fundraising, donor engagement and corporate partnership initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, community organisations and key stakeholders.
• Ensure excellence in programme delivery and positive beneficiary outcomes.
• Oversee financial performance, governance and compliance.
• Inspire, develop and lead a dedicated team of staff and volunteers.
• Champion accessibility, inclusion and awareness for people with visual impairments.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in the nonprofit, social service, healthcare, education or related sectors.
• Strong track record in fundraising, stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
• Excellent business acumen and financial management skills.
• Outstanding communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience working with boards and governance structures.
• Collaborative leadership style with a passion for creating positive social impact.
