Executive Engineer – Traffic & Street Lighting

About the role

The Executive Engineer will join a dedicated team responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of Traffic & Street Lighting (T&SL) projects. You will help improve road safety and efficiency while meeting commuter needs across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies, project planning, tendering and design reviews for street lighting systems.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Prepare and manage project documentation and performance specifications.
• Collect and address feedback from the public, government agencies and private developers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engineering requirements are met.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management for maintenance‑related works.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Initiative, resourcefulness and a keen interest in problem‑solving.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High sense of responsibility and strong analytical mindset.
• Preferably a valid Class 3 driving licence for site visits.
