Executive, Guest Service

About the role

The Executive, Guest Service will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience at the front desk. You will support day‑to‑day operations, handle resident inquiries, and assist with reservations and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Issue apartment access key cards and manage front‑desk attendance.
• Respond to resident queries via walk‑ins, email, and phone, providing recommendations on local amenities, travel, tours, and restaurant reservations.
• Maintain resident accounts, update apartment availability, and perform simple bookkeeping.
• Make and confirm reservations, handle onboarding for new employees, and record resident feedback or complaints.
• Safeguard cash, valuables, and belongings, and convey messages promptly.
• Perform related tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to anticipate resident needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail for handling key cards, cash, and resident information.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced front‑desk environment.
