About the role

SingHealth is looking for an Executive, Human Resource to handle the full spectrum of human resource functions for their assigned user group. The role advises and supports line departments on talent acquisition, management and retention, and on related employment and employee matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and support line departments on talent acquisition, management and retention, and on employment and employee matters
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to help end users adopt the new Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
• Work on the digitalisation and automation of HR processes
• Administer staff programmes and events
• Take part in corporate projects as assigned

Required profile

• A recognised degree, preferably in Information Technology or equivalent, with a focus on Business/Human Resource Management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and multi-tasking skills, with attention to detail
• Keen interest in HRIS and a good team player

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and emailing tools
• Familiarity with social media platforms

The selected candidate will be offered employment on 1-year contractual terms.
