Executive, Human Resource (Talent Attraction)

About the role

The Land Transport Authority's Talent Attraction Team is looking for an Executive, Human Resource to help recruit the right talent for its various positions and support the transformation of the way people travel. The role sits within the team's recruitment function.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of recruitment functions, including job postings, screening of applications, interview coordination and onboarding arrangements for both local and overseas hires.
• Provide timely operational support for local and overseas recruitment activities.
• Assist the team in reviewing recruitment processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Take part in career and internship fairs for students of all levels as part of promoting careers in Land Transport.

Required profile

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Pleasant personality with good written and interpersonal communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Able to interact effectively with staff at different levels and to multi-task while meeting deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Workday is an added advantage.
• Shortlisted candidates may need to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
