Executive Officer, Community Partnerships

About the role

Singapore Pools, a not-for-profit organisation established in 1968 to provide safe and trusted betting against illegal gambling, is hiring an Executive Officer for its Community Partnerships team. Reporting to the Manager, the role supports the team in stakeholder engagement, secretariat, administrative and support work.

Key responsibilities

• Assess sponsorship requests in line with set guidelines and principles, and liaise with requestors for details in a timely manner.
• Track and monitor entitlements, project budgets, status, progress and KPIs, and review project effectiveness and ROI as needed.
• Organise, plan and ensure the smooth execution of community events, including event registration, food and beverage and logistics as required.
• Manage event volunteers, build relationships with them and collect feedback on community initiatives.
• Identify, nurture and support new and existing community partners, handling secretariat and administrative roles, and assist with staff volunteerism programmes and other community partnership initiatives.

Required profile

• Tertiary education preferred; 2 years of experience in community relations/partnerships, CSR/volunteerism, stakeholder engagement or related fields such as event management or sponsorship.
• Experience in the non-profit sector is ideal.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with initiative and self-motivation to work independently.
• Strong administrative and event management skills, resourceful in problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
