Executive, Payment & Services Centre

About the role

The Payment & Services Centre is seeking an Executive to manage and process domestic and cross‑border payment transactions. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution while supporting internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify payment transactions, including SWIFT, MEPS+, GIRO, fund transfers and cheque services.
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and adhere to regulatory and internal risk controls.
• Provide support to branches, business units and customers on payment and remittance services.
• Investigate and resolve payment exceptions and operational issues promptly.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving customer experience, operational efficiency and service quality.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation and AI‑driven enhancements.

Required profile

• Tertiary education in Banking & Finance, Business, Accountancy, Information Systems or related fields.
• Experience in banking operations, payment processing or back‑office functions is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage time efficiently.
• Self‑motivated team player with a service‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SWIFT payment messaging.
• Familiarity with MEPS+ clearing system.
• Understanding of GIRO payment processing.
