About the role

We are looking for a motivated Executive, People & Culture to join GetGo Technologies’ People & Culture team. In this generalist HR role you will ensure smooth employee‑lifecycle operations and support recruitment as the company scales its mobility services across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, delivering a high‑quality candidate experience from sourcing to offer.
• Execute daily people‑operations tasks across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Singapore labour legislation and internal standards.
• Maintain accurate and secure employee records in the HRIS to support reporting and payroll.
• Partner with the team on employee‑engagement initiatives that reinforce GetGo’s mission and values.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery.
• Deliver people‑related projects and tasks with moderate guidance, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong foundational knowledge of HR concepts, principles and Singapore labour laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in operational tasks.
• Clear and professional communication with internal stakeholders.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with ability to spot workflow gaps.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using HRIS platforms for data and workflow management.
