Senior HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our upcoming semiconductor wafer manufacturing facility in Singapore. The role partners closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to attract, assess and secure top technical and non‑technical talent in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions within the semiconductor industry.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, skill gaps, timelines and workforce plans.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and industry‑specific platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical and panel interviews.
• Support hiring for specialized roles such as process, equipment, yield and test engineers.
• Oversee offer processes, including compensation alignment, offer letter preparation and candidate negotiations.
• Liaise with HR operations and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate data and hiring reports while monitoring metrics like time‑to‑fill and quality of hire.
• Contribute to employer branding, campus hiring, career fairs and industry recruitment events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing or high‑tech environments.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor roles and manufacturing skill requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
