Executive Real Estate Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Executive, Real Estate Analytics to support site evaluation, leasing activities, and portfolio tracking for KFC and Pizza Hut in Singapore. This role is ideal for an early‑career professional who enjoys turning data into actionable, on‑the‑ground insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse site performance data, including sales trends, catchment and traffic patterns.
• Support feasibility assessments for new locations and prepare reports, dashboards and trackers for decision‑making.
• Identify and evaluate potential sites across Singapore, conduct on‑site visits and gather competitor and market intelligence.
• Assist with lease documentation, renewals and coordinate timelines with landlords, agents and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate leasing, site and portfolio data and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in real estate, retail, F&B or property‑related roles.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and comfortable working with numbers.
• Willingness to work on‑site and engage directly with locations.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
