About the role
We are a global marketing services firm seeking an Executive Recruiter with 5‑7 years of experience focused on online media, publishing, or advertising. The successful candidate will lead talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring we attract top‑tier professionals for our fast‑growing client base.
Key responsibilities
- Source, engage, and assess candidates across media, publishing, and advertising sectors.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Develop and nurture a strong network of industry professionals.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of proven recruiting experience in online media, publishing, or advertising.
- Demonstrated success in filling senior‑level and specialized positions.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently and meet targets.
