Executive Sales – Hospital Care (Pharmaceutical)

About the role

Join B. Braun Singapore as an Executive Sales professional focused on Hospital Care pharmaceutical products. You will use your clinical and pharmacy knowledge to engage healthcare professionals, support clinical discussions, and drive product adoption through a consultative selling approach.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and deliver budget with a healthy contribution margin.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals across hospitals and key accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and critical‑care portfolio.
• Manage product portfolio across key accounts to ensure availability, usage, and clinical alignment.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements.
• Monitor orders, resolve customer issues, and ensure timely follow‑ups, including complaints handling.
• Gather market and competitor insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, GDPMDS, and company SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Technology or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
• Registered pharmacists or pharmacy professionals seeking a corporate career are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
• Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMDS).
• Familiarity with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
