Executive – Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Executive to drive both sales and marketing initiatives for our Singapore headquarters. The role combines prospect outreach, event marketing and strategic account development to grow our business in the MICE and advertising sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through telemarketing and direct outreach.
• Deliver compelling presentations to prospects and attend trade shows or events for on‑site marketing.
• Generate and qualify new accounts, building a robust pipeline.
• Network at industry events to expand relationships and brand visibility.
• Prepare KPI reports and analyse performance metrics.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with sales goals.
• Maintain customer‑relationship management records and ensure follow‑up.

Required profile

• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the MICE or advertising industry with a proven sales record.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Extroverted, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel overseas as required.
