About the role

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is seeking an Executive for its School of Professional & Specialist Education. The role will support the development and delivery of simulation‑based and AR/VR learning programmes that prepare Singapore’s construction workforce for a future‑ready built environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with training partners and technology specialists to implement simulation and AR/VR learning platforms.
• Conduct simulation‑based training, demonstrate equipment, guide learners and evaluate performance using data.
• Deliver specialist training and assess competencies against established rubrics.
• Develop and maintain guides, standard operating procedures, and equipment usage documentation.
• Plan and oversee training resources, coordinate equipment maintenance schedules, and manage training feedback data.

Required profile

• Diploma in a construction‑related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with digital training technologies and simulation‑based learning platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good planning and organisational abilities.
• Familiarity with crane lifting operations (preferred).
• Advanced Certification in Learning and Performance or equivalent recognised certification (preferred).
