Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Entrepreneurship) – Centre for Innovation & Life Skills

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Lecturer or Senior Lecturer to lead entrepreneurship education within our Centre for Innovation & Life Skills. You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that guide learners from idea generation to venture development, while fostering an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver entrepreneurship, innovation, and life‑skills curricula for PFP, PET and CET learners.
• Facilitate the full entrepreneurship learning journey, including opportunity identification, problem solving, ideation, prototyping, pitching and venture development.
• Support learners in developing creativity, resilience, initiative, adaptability and critical thinking.
• Utilise digital and AI‑enabled tools to create active, project‑based learning experiences.
• Collaborate with schools, industry partners and other stakeholders to embed entrepreneurship content into programmes.
• Plan and support workshops, competitions, mentoring sessions, showcases and other learner development activities.
• Analyse programme data and learner feedback to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to department‑level and institution‑wide events, committees and taskforces.

Required profile

• Strong interest and relevant experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, start‑ups or intrapreneurship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor diverse learners.
• Proven ability to design learner‑centred, experiential and project‑based learning activities.
• Good organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners.
