FRS Training Instructor – Permanent, Full-Time

About the role

Survitec is seeking a dedicated FRS Training Instructor to join its Singapore team on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role focuses on developing and delivering training for service technicians, ensuring competence, safety, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation of the annual service technician training plan.
• Deliver a wide range of training content, collaborating with subject‑matter experts.
• Guide service managers and technicians on personal development opportunities and conduct training needs analysis.
• Assess competence against standards, analyse feedback, and implement improvements.
• Maintain training records, issue certificates, and perform regular audits.
• Support competence assessment activities and provide coaching to technicians.
• Participate in service technician duties when schedule permits, keeping operational skills current.
• Facilitate a community of practice, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Identify and report non‑conformance, assist with incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Experience in delivering technical training and competence assessment.
• Strong understanding of the full training cycle and adult learning principles.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and subject‑matter experts.
• Commitment to safety‑first culture and adherence to organisational values.
• Excellent communication skills to adapt training to diverse language and skill levels.
