Executive, Venue Management and Partnerships

About the role

City Sprouts is a Singapore‑based social enterprise that creates community green spaces and runs educational programmes on sustainability. We are looking for an Executive, Venue Management and Partnerships to lead the sales, booking and day‑to‑day operations of our adaptive‑reuse event venues.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales and bookings for all City Sprouts venues, handling client inquiries, conducting tours and managing end‑to‑end venue operations including payments and contract coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule events, maintain facilities and ensure timely upkeep of each space.
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys and use feedback to continuously improve service quality.
• Raise standards of venue offerings, keeping them relevant and attractive to target audiences.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, service providers, partners, tenants and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Events Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in venue management or similar service‑provider coordination, with a plus for placemaking projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging people and building professional relationships.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues.
