Executive/Senior Executive, Multimedia Design (2-year contract)

About the role

The Faculty of Science Corporate Communications team is seeking a creative Multimedia Designer to produce visual content across print, digital, and social platforms. You will translate scientific ideas into engaging graphics, videos, and campaigns while upholding the NUS brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce assets for print, websites, social media, infographics, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all outputs follow NUS and Faculty of Science guidelines.
• Adapt multimedia content for different platforms and audience needs.
• Conceptualise campaigns, create storyboards, and provide art direction.
• Organise, manage, and archive project files and content libraries using a CMS.
• Stay informed on industry trends and apply innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with events, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement teams to support outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing or related field with a strong portfolio.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience or agency background; strong portfolio may compensate for limited experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings for productions and events.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Express, InDesign.
• Experience managing content on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools for asset generation and workflow optimisation.
