Experience Ambassador

About the role

JLL is hiring an Experience Ambassador for its workplace in Singapore (Level 11). The role covers workplace operations, visitor management, space and amenity coordination, stakeholder relations and employee engagement, and is open to people with deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology who want to apply their experience to a new industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day workplace operations so employees and visitors have a seamless experience, and run regular walkthroughs to keep spaces safe, clean and aligned with standards
• Monitor and coordinate workplace service requests, liaise with Facilities Management, Engineering, Security, Housekeeping and Culinary Services, and escalate issues until closed
• Plan and run workplace experience initiatives, wellness programs, employee events and community activities, gather employee feedback and report monthly on HX events
• Keep meeting rooms, collaboration areas, wellness facilities and shared amenities running smoothly, and support meetings, town halls and events
• Build relationships with client representatives, attend client meetings and support client-driven workplace improvements
• Record workplace requests, feedback and incidents from the SG Workplace Mailbox, track metrics, prepare reports and support audits and inspections
• Submit monthly utility and rental payments, manage planned move requests and locker management, and welcome and manage visitors safely, including executing the emergency response plan
• Analyse survey feedback and implement changes, and help clients optimise meeting room bookings
