Facilities Coordinator - Soft Services

About the role

JLL is hiring a Facilities Coordinator for Soft Services in Singapore. The role runs alongside the Soft Service Lead and the team, helping with major on-site events. The position is on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and escalate user feedback and complaints on janitorial, pantry, pest control, waste management, vending machines and landscaping/water features, following up until resolved
• Coordinate and improve efficiency of storage, space planning, event planning and meeting room arrangements
• Support ad hoc client events outside office hours as needed
• Monitor soft services vendors' day-to-day operations and attendance daily, and conduct daily site walk inspections with follow-up
• Hold joint monthly meetings and inspections with the cleaning vendor's operations manager, keeping inspection checklists and vendor documents in place
• Carry out random checks on cleaners and gardeners, and create and verify Corrigo work orders so they close on time
• Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding of soft service staff
• Manage ordering of pantry items, coffee beans, water, first aid kit items and stationery, ensuring all services and deliverables are on time
