Facilities Maintenance Engineer – Plant Facilities

About the role

Join a leading provider of refrigerated transport equipment as a Facilities Maintenance Engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of plant facilities on the west side of Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee preventive maintenance of electrical, HVAC, MV, compressed air, and P&S systems.
• Implement predictive maintenance using IoT sensors and AI‑driven applications.
• Drive KPIs for energy savings, power interruption reduction and faster breakdown recovery.
• Manage utilities supply systems (HT/LT, digital metering, energy monitoring, water and gas).
• Lead plant repair and improvement projects, coordinating with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, vendor quality and approval processes.
• Develop and apply an Integrated Facility Management (IFM) model to streamline M&E maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in facilities maintenance and management.
• Strong expertise in electrical and mechanical systems maintenance.
• High computer proficiency with an AI‑driven mindset.
• Excellent problem‑solving, project management and vendor coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
