Facilities Manager (Building Manager)

About the role

JLL is hiring a Facilities Manager (also referred to as Building Manager) for an on-site position in Singapore. The role provides day-to-day supervision and support to a specific discipline so that the building's users receive safe, courteous and efficient service, and acts as the Site Incident Controller for the assigned property.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and support to the assigned discipline, ensuring safe, courteous and efficient service to building users.
• Act as Site Incident Controller for the assigned property.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, meeting their requests and expectations within the agreed timeframe and resolving problems promptly.
• Develop and implement processes and performance measures to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Lead, coordinate and manage a team of executives and subcontractors in carrying out contractual facility management obligations to the landlord.
• Provide technical support and attend as an Authorised Person where necessary.
• Oversee the Permit to Work system and health and safety management.
• Ensure the site team and term contractors achieve the agreed service levels and deliverables, and comply with the house rules.
• Carry out any other duties assigned for deliverables under a Building Manager.
