Facilities Project Manager

About the role

The Facilities Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end operations of corporate facilities, ensuring that all building systems run smoothly and support business objectives. This senior position acts as the primary liaison between C‑suite executives, department heads, and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Align facility strategies with business goals by collaborating with senior leadership and department heads.
• Build and manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost‑effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute long‑term facility master plans, manage budgeting, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive facilities management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale or multi‑site corporate facilities.
• Strong stakeholder management, budget oversight, and project management capabilities.
• Professional certifications such as FMP or CFM are a plus.
