Family Office Finance & Compliance Officer

About the role

Khattar Family Office is seeking a highly organized Finance & Compliance Officer to support the finance and investment activities of its family office and associated companies. Based in Raffles Place, this full‑time, on‑site position offers exposure to accounting, investment administration, and regulatory reporting within a dynamic, sector‑agnostic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts for multiple entities, including journal entries, tax returns, bank reconciliations, accruals, and month‑end closing.
• Prepare management accounts, supporting schedules, and monitor accounts payable.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks and corporate service providers; assist with year‑end audit and statutory reporting.
• Process invoices, expense claims and payment runs; manage cash balances and basic treasury tasks.
• Support migration and implementation of new financial reporting and accounting software, including data cleansing, migration, testing and UAT.
• Assist with investment onboarding, KYC, AML and due‑diligence documentation; maintain investment records, capital call and distribution notices.
• Prepare and file FATCA and CRS regulatory reports.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented professional with strong organisational skills.
• Experience maintaining full sets of accounts for multiple entities.
• Familiarity with FATCA, CRS and other regulatory reporting requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior finance personnel and external service providers.
