F&B Executive

About the role

We are a Korean restaurant chain operating across Singapore and we are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Executive to join our front‑of‑house team. The role involves delivering fine‑dining service, ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding our high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables and present menus.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, following fine‑dining service protocols.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients and preparation methods.
• Anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, provide utensils and attend to special requests.
• Present bills, process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions.
• Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food‑safety regulations.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented and proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with health, safety and food‑safety standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
