F&B Executive

About the role

The F&B Executive will oversee food and beverage preparation, service, and daily outlet operations at Kopifellas Cafe. You will ensure high standards of hygiene, customer service, and operational efficiency while supporting staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food, toast, and beverages in line with SOPs and health‑safety standards.
• Manage order taking and POS transactions, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Train and coach staff to recommend menu items and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Supervise daily operations, including cashiering, opening/closing, stock‑taking and inventory ordering.
• Prepare end‑of‑day sales and petty‑cash reports.
• Conduct outlet inspections, enforce hygiene standards, and coordinate minor maintenance.
• Liaise with HR and act as point of contact for staff matters.

• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to resolve issues.
• Leadership mindset to guide and motivate a small team.
• Attention to detail for compliance and reporting.
