F&B Host/Hostess – Marquee Restaurant

About the role

Join the Marquee restaurant team at Marina Bay Sands as an F&B Host/Hostess. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take reservations, answer phone calls and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Greet each guest warmly and seat them according to the designated rotation plan, ensuring fairness across stations.
• Personalise the experience by using guests' names when known and acknowledging special occasions.
• Pass relevant guest information to Captains and Server Attendants.
• Thank guests as they leave and maintain accurate guest profiles, noting birthdays, anniversaries and other important dates.
• Relay guest comments to the Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education with O‑Level passes; a diploma is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or guest‑contact roles, preferably in hospitality.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons and public holidays.
• Well‑groomed, clean and professional appearance.
