Finance Admin / Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Admin / Accountant to join our team in Pandan Loop, Singapore. The role involves handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks, supporting month‑end processes and ensuring compliance with internal controls and tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, match purchase orders and goods receipt notes, prepare payment runs and resolve vendor queries.
• Issue invoices and credit notes, post receipts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Post journals, accruals, pre‑payments and maintain bank reconciliations.
• Verify policy compliance, code transactions accurately and prepare reimbursements.
• Assist with trial balance checks, variance analysis and statutory filings.
• Maintain orderly files and update vendor/customer master data.
• Follow finance SOPs, internal controls and GST requirements, supporting audits.
• Generate standard accounting reports and ad‑hoc requests.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, customers and banks for timely issue resolution.
• Use accounting software and spreadsheets; contribute to simple process improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent; LCCI/ACCA foundation is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting‑related roles.
• Experience with Xero accounting system is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Competence with accounting software and spreadsheet tools.
