Finance Admin / Accountant (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Finance Admin / Accountant to join our wholesale operations in Singapore. This junior‑level position offers a stable permanent contract and the chance to develop core accounting skills within a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, match purchase orders and goods receipt notes, and run payment cycles.
• Issue invoices and credit notes, post receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Post journals, manage accruals and pre‑payments, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Ensure policy compliance, code transactions accurately, and prepare employee reimbursements.
• Assist with trial balance checks, variance analysis, and statutory filings.
• Maintain orderly vendor and customer master data and support audit activities.
• Generate standard accounting reports and respond to ad‑hoc requests.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, customers and banks to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance (LCCI/ACCA foundation a plus).
• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and effective time management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
• Advanced Excel skills.
