Finance Director (IPO & Capital Markets)

About the role

The Finance Director will lead the company’s preparation for a potential U.S. initial public offering and manage ongoing capital‑markets activities. Reporting to the CEO, this senior leader will shape financial governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic financing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IPO readiness, develop financial readiness plans, and coordinate with investment banks, auditors, legal counsel and regulators.
• Build and maintain internal financial governance, reporting frameworks, and controls required for a public company.
• Act as the finance expert on U.S. and Singapore regulatory requirements, prepare SEC filings and support audits.
• Provide financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and strategic recommendations for fundraising, M&A, and other financing activities.
• Maintain relationships with investors, auditors, legal advisors, regulators, and investment banks.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on strategic financial initiatives and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience executing U.S. IPOs or preparing a publicly listed company for IPO.
• Experience in capital raising, investor relations, or corporate finance is highly desirable.
