Finance Director – Singapore

About the role

Accor is seeking a Finance Director for its Novotel Singapore Robertson Quay property. You will lead the finance function, ensuring sound financial planning, compliance, and strategic support for the hotel’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations, set departmental goals, policies and procedures.
• Direct financial planning, budgeting and monitor monthly results against budget.
• Manage debt financing, service payments and prepare annual financial reports and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis for contract negotiations and investment decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal reporting requirements.
• Lead financial audits, recommend procedural improvements and act as primary liaison on legislative financial matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior finance or accounting role (or 2 years in a comparable capacity).
• High professionalism with strong business acumen.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial and accounting reporting systems.
