Finance Executive

About the role

The Finance Executive will support the finance team in day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accurate billing, settlements and reporting. This junior‑level position offers exposure to a variety of financial processes within a dynamic Singapore office.

Key responsibilities

• Issue monthly and quarterly billings and OPEX settlements
• Prepare receipt vouchers for incoming funds and refunds, and record monthly journal entries
• Update AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Maintain balance‑sheet schedules and coordinate with other divisions on unbilled items
• Retrieve quarterly SMF reports and perform variance analysis
• Collect dry‑dock and new‑building reports for final settlements
• Generate cash‑book and GST reports
• Post weekly accounting entries to external software
• Assist auditors with year‑end audit queries and provide supporting documentation
• Check MCAS and Manning Agencies' disbursement accounts
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate with a background in finance or accounting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial documents
• Good communication skills for coordinating with internal divisions and external auditors
