Finance Executive - Yacht Portfolio

About the role

The Senior Finance Executive manages the finances of a portfolio of yachts, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting and regulatory compliance while supporting day-to-day operations and the service provided to yacht owners. The position is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular financial reports for internal stakeholders and yacht owners, perform monthly account consolidation and variance analysis, prepare annual operational and project budgets, monitor expenses and process expense claims and credit-card reconciliations
• Verify vendor invoices, process payments on time, manage yacht-crew payroll, support banking administration and provide accounts-payable support to related entities
• Respond to owner queries, keep confidential records and support general finance and administrative matters
• Support accounting, tax and regulatory filings, KYC and AML questionnaires, and keep the yacht management system up to date
• Oversee inventory tracking and cost control, oversee vessel provisioning, maintenance and projects, and support procurement and other HICO finance functions

Required profile

• Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or degree with at least 3 years; finance or accounting background, ideally in yachting, hospitality or a luxury service environment, is preferred
• Experience using a Deepblue Yacht Management System; current SAP users preferred; experience managing 8 to 10 yachts preferred
• Eligible to work in Singapore; 1 day of work from home after probation

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams and SharePoint
• Proficiency in budgeting, reporting and financial systems
• Relevant certifications such as CA, CPA or ACCA, or on the pathway, are a plus
