Finance Intern

About the role

RTX is looking for a Finance Intern in Singapore, working onsite. The intern supports the finance team in financial planning and analysis, general ledger and invoicing, and helps automate data collection and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Support the finance team in FP&A, General Ledger and Invoicing
• Automate data collection and data analysis
• Create dashboards and visualizations using data visualization tools, preferably Power BI or Qlik Sense
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• Interpret data and communicate insights to internal teams and management
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

Required profile

• Degree in Business and/or Accounting with Information Technology/Business IT
• Understanding of and/or passion for data analytics tools (PowerApps and Power BI)
• Business continuous improvement mindset
• Highly motivated team player who can work independently, proactive and responsive, and meticulous with follow-up

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense
