Finance Intern

About the role

Pratt & Whitney Singapore Component Repair is looking for a Finance Intern to support its finance team on an onsite basis. The internship covers financial reporting, general ledger, invoicing and data analysis, with hands-on exposure to the aerospace MRO industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support the finance team in FP&A, General Ledger and Invoicing.
• Automate data collection and data analysis.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using data visualization tools, preferably Power BI or Qlik Sense.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
• Interpret data and communicate insights to internal teams and management.
• Support financial transformation and the automation of manual processes.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or a relevant discipline.
• A curious and learning mindset; on-the-job training is provided.
• Self-driven and problem-solving attitude.

Required skills

• Good understanding of, or passion for, data analytics tools and scripting (Python).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
