Finance Manager – AI & Automation Focus

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, FP&A, M&A and finance transformation in a fast‑paced FinTech and digital‑asset environment. The role combines strong accounting expertise with a passion for AI‑driven automation to improve efficiency and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial and management reporting, cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting, statutory accounts and reconciliations.
• Support FP&A, forecasting, performance analysis and business partnering to drive commercial decisions and cost optimisation.
• Lead finance transformation and automation initiatives, leveraging AI, GenAI, data and technology.
• Identify and implement process simplifications, automation of manual work and improvements to finance operating models.
• Collaborate with finance, technology and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance; liaise with auditors and external advisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in accounting, FP&A, consulting, M&A or finance transformation.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and reconciliation abilities.
• Demonstrated interest and practical experience with AI, automation or data analytics in finance.
• Excellent commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills.
