About the role

The Finance Manager / Senior Manager will support the oversight of a diversified investment portfolio, handling both financial and administrative responsibilities. This position blends investment analysis with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investment research and analysis across financial and alternative assets, including art collections and real estate.
• Monitor portfolio performance, track funds, and evaluate market value of the investment portfolio.
• Perform budget control and compile data across investment projects to support pricing and decision‑making for future investments.
• Prepare monthly investment and expense reports.
• Analyse household‑related expenses, ensuring accurate tracking, cost control, and identification of trends, variances, and potential concerns.
• Perform expenditure analysis, highlighting variances or red flags.
• Drive system and process improvements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business or a related field from a reputable university.
• Approximately 10+ years of experience in investment, finance, or portfolio management (private banking, family office, or consulting preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive financial and personal information.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a high‑trust, confidential environment.
• Flexibility to manage time‑sensitive matters, including those arising outside standard office hours.
• Strong computer literacy and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
