Finance Manager – Singapore (Big 4 Experience Preferred)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function for a fast‑growing marine company in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will manage a team and oversee accounting, reporting, tax and cash management across the Singapore entity and future Asian entities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full‑cycle accounting including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory, cash management and intercompany accounting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements in accordance with SFRS and group accounting policies.
• Produce monthly management reports and financial schedules for senior management.
• Perform analytical reviews of results, investigate variances and strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate corporate income tax computations, ECI filings, annual tax returns and transfer pricing documentation.
• Work with external tax advisors on planning, audits and regulatory matters.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity monitoring and intercompany funding.
• Develop, implement and maintain accounting policies, finance procedures and SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of financial and statutory reporting and technical accounting.
• Detail‑oriented, resourceful and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
