Finance Manager, Supply Chain Finance

About the role

The Finance Manager acts as the cash and cost custodian, partnering with Global Supply Chain and Group Finance to achieve enterprise and functional objectives. Reporting to the Head of Finance, Group Operations Finance, the role also supports scenario modelling, analysis and strategic projects for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business partner to Global Supply Chain and Group Finance, strengthening IBP processes and planning outcomes.
• Establish and lead regular operations and financial performance review cadences with stakeholders.
• Own KPI review and reporting, providing a single source of truth across the organisation.
• Translate operational, demand and supply risks into financial implications to drive profitability and cash‑flow optimisation.
• Promote governance and a cost‑conscious culture through cross‑functional collaboration.
• Lead projects and business‑case modelling to optimise cost, cash and maximise investments.
• Deliver timely, accurate and insightful management reporting and analysis.
• Drive transformational projects, portfolio rationalisation and continuous‑improvement of key processes.
• Build strong relationships with senior executives, acting as the primary contact for financial risks and opportunities.
• Develop capabilities, attract, grow and retain talent within the finance team.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance experience.
• Experience and knowledge of S&OP and financial KPIs.
• Proven ability in rigorous financial analysis and handling large data sets.
• Strong modelling skills and quick grasp of new concepts.
• Track record of establishing new finance processes and governance.
• Energetic, growth‑mindset, comfortable in a matrix organisation.
• Inquisitive, proactive in challenging existing processes and systems.
• Excellent presentation skills, especially to non‑finance audiences.
• Assertive with the ability to influence across functions.
