Finance Specialist SEA

About the role

Paula’s Choice is seeking a Finance Specialist for its Southeast Asia region, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager. The role will oversee full finance operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and India, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end finance processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
• Handle inventory accounting and coordinate with third‑party accountants as needed.
• Ensure timely month‑end and year‑end closings, reviewing journal entries and accounting estimates.
• Process local and overseas payments and collaborate with operations on inventory matters.
• Reconcile expenses with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Assist in reviewing P&L, balance sheets, statutory audits, income tax, quarterly GST and withholding tax filings.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Maintain internal controls and support new system implementations.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
