Financial Controller – Singapore

About the role

Enerpac Tool Group is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the accounting function for its Singapore entities. The role ensures accurate, compliant financial reporting for warehousing, sales, and service activities across Southeast Asia while supporting regional leadership and the Center of Excellence in India.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and produce complete financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence in India on technical accounting issues and policy adherence.
• Strengthen internal controls and support transformation and technology‑optimization initiatives.
• Partner with the Accounting Manager APAC and International Controller to enhance financial excellence and operational efficiency.
• Interact regularly with regional leadership in Singapore and cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial reporting and accounting within a multinational setting.
• Strong understanding of global accounting policies and technical accounting concepts.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience supporting internal‑control frameworks and process improvement.
