Senior Accountant – Group Consolidation & Reporting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple entities within our group. The role will drive month‑end and year‑end closures, oversee group consolidations and ensure statutory compliance in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidations and management reports.
• Review subsidiary accounts, perform variance analysis and complete balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Drive month‑end and year‑end closing processes for multiple entities and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare draft financial statements for statutory audits.
• Supervise Accounts Executives, mentor junior finance staff and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with ACRA, IRAS, GST and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS/IFRS).
• Review tax computations, expense claims and support process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent; professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CA.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience in a group or multi‑entity environment.
• Experience with group consolidation, full set of accounts and statutory reporting.
• Prior audit experience or exposure to a Big 4 firm is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Singapore statutory requirements and SFRS/IFRS.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• ERP/ accounting systems – NetSuite, Autocount.
• Group consolidation and financial reporting tools.
